Manager and Designated safeguarding lead/ BA honours in Young Children’s Learning and Development.
Tracey has over 10 years of experience in the childcare industry, where she has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She recently completed her BA (Hons) degree and now works full time in the field. Tracey is highly methodical, able to tackle challenges with confidence, and demonstrates strong leadership skills. She is approachable, supportive, and committed to helping staff reach their full potential. Outside of work, Tracey enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Beckie
Deputy manager/ BA Honours in Early childhood Education and Care
Beckie has been part of our team for 10 years, during which time she has gained experience working across all three rooms at School House. She brings adaptability and skill to every age group and excels wherever she is placed. Three days a week, Beckie supports the management team, where her knowledge and expertise shine. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, three-year-old Hattie and one-year-old Koby. Beckie is a valued member of our nursery, cherished by staff, children, and parents alike.
Carol
Baby room leader, Send coordinator and duty assistant manager/ level 3 Early years educator
Carol joined us three years ago, bringing with her 25 years of experience working in the EYFS department of a primary school. She is now our Baby Room Leader and finds this role incredibly rewarding, taking great pride in helping babies feel settled and secure. Carol enjoys planning sensory and creative activities that keep the little ones happy, engaged, and thriving. Known for her wonderful sense of humour and thoughtful nature, Carol is always there to share a laugh or offer support when it’s needed most.
